Beauty Camp 2026 – Terms & Conditions

By registering for Beauty Camp 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Overview Beauty Camp 2026 is a 2-day educational retreat for professional makeup artists hosted by Lauren D’Amelio Ventre. The event will be held in Red Bank, NJ from March 14–15, 2026. 

2. Payment & Refund Policy

• The total cost of attendance is $2,500.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
• Payment plans are available; all balances must be paid in full prior to the event.
• All payments are final and non-refundable. In the event you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another artist with written approval from the event organizers.

3. Attendance Requirements

• Attendance is limited to approved participants only.
• Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions unless otherwise excused.
• Disruptive behavior or failure to participate may result in dismissal without refund.

4. Model Policy

• Attendees are required to bring a model for Saturday’s hands-on session.
• If you are unable to bring a model, one may be provided for a $100 fee (paid directly to the model).
• Models are only permitted on-site during the designated hands-on training block.

5. Travel & Accommodations

• Travel and hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee.
• Discounted hotel room blocks will be made available to all registered attendees.

6. Photography & Media Release

• By attending Beauty Camp 2026, you agree to be photographed and filmed for promotional, educational, and commercial use.
• Attendees will also receive professional photos and videos for their personal portfolio.

7. Liability

• The event organizers and host venue are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
• Attendees are responsible for their own safety, transportation, and personal belongings.

8. Code of Conduct

• Beauty Camp 2026 is a professional environment. Respectful behavior toward instructors, models, staff, and fellow attendees is expected at all times.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

9. Unforeseen Circumstances

• In the event of a natural disaster, public health emergency, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, Beauty Camp 2026 reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event. In such cases, refunds will not be issued, but tickets may be transferred to a future event or credited toward another program at the discretion of the organizers.
